Due to the size and appearance … Read more Beautiful large Murano vase in opaline glass by Venice glass maker Vistosi. 1970s, Italy. Due to the size and appearance of this striking white vase, this is a piece suitable for any stylish interior. The shape is really well proportioned and balanced. Details like the pronounced spout and the clear glass rim at the base only add to the desirability of this rare 70s vase. The quality of the execution is really very good and therefore this vase is an understated but very fine example of the art glass making finesse of Vistosi in those days. It is not signed, but it comes out of the same house as some of our signed Vistosi glass lamps and is made by Vistosi for sure. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
