French vintage 19c. male oil painting. Early 19c. man with a black suit and tie. There are some holes in the canvas on above his head and one on his hair, and minor scratches. It is un framed and un signed.
There is no artists signature but it has beautiful lines and strokes, the eyes are clear and he is a "comly" gentlemen. Love the way he dressed up in his best for his portrait
