Lovely and rare porcelain Holy Water cross from the end of the 1800 hundreds , the cross is in porcelain … Read more Lovely and rare porcelain Holy Water cross from the end of the 1800 hundreds , the cross is in porcelain totally hand painted representing a saint and roses and lilies , referring to the virgin Marie , elegantly executed the painting is very sophisticated , lots of details all over , note also all the flying angels on the sides and the top , at the bottom you will find the initials of the first owner , the cross is mounted on a wood base covered with a green velvet all colors matching very lovely and well chosen , it has the original backing as well , this object were usually offered for communions and keep for a life time , this one was a high-hand object view the materials and the fact it was personalized with initial , it can t get better than that . size 14"H on 9" W See less
