It features a wide gilded moulding around the perimeter, decorated with bunches of grapes and vine leaves at the top corners.
The pediment features the same wine-growing motifs.
The inner surround also features a smaller gold-coloured moulding with leaf motifs at the bottom, highlighting a bevelled mirror with authentic mercury.
Suitable for mounting on a wall or mantelpiece, this large mirror will appeal for its Art Nouveau style and contrasting colours.
