Gorgeous original vintage seascape painting! This ocean painting has stunning colors and would look great in any space. Signed by “Bill Rhine”. In great vintage condition, some wear and discoloration on the frame, but the painting itself is in great shape! Has great colors and highlighting. Not sure if oil or acrylic, possible acrylic due to texture. Not sure of age. Carved wood frame is stamped that I is made in Mexico.
