Painting with delicate precision, often on a small scale, he conveys a sense of architectural order—here in the structured tree-lined alleys of the Tuileries—whilst nevertheless evoking the atmosphere of a place, of fleeting light, movement and human activity.Fulleylove would make regular summer sketching tours, including visiting Paris in 1882. He exhibited frequently in London, where he was elected an member of the Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours in 1880 and a member of the Royal Institute of Painters in Oils in 1883—and he also established a reputation internationally, receiving a bronze medal at the Exposition Universelle in Paris in 1889 and an honourable mention at the Exposition Universelle in 1900.On paper laid down on board.Presented in a double window mount.
