The stag, majestic, neck stretched out, is bellowing in the distance. He seems intent on protecting his family, notably his fawn, lying in the grass in front of him.
Behind, a doe grazes peacefully on the meadow grass.
These animals rest on a bronze terrace representing vegetation. This is adjacent to a sea-green marble base.
