This Rare model” Värend” sofa was designed by Carl Malmsten in the 1940s. The sofa has been reupholstered. Stained elm, back with ribs, loose back cushions and upholstered seat, covered in grey fabric. We choose to show the sofa mostly with the back cushions nonvisible because of how beautiful it is with the back ribs exposed. Condition: marks and wear on the wood, parts where there is more exposed wear. Dimension: Height: 29.1 in (74cm) Width: 78.7 in (200cm) Depth: 32 in (82. cm)Seat Height: 16.7 in (43 cm). This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
