Presenting the Zel-II.I.360 Model I, a contemporary handcrafted guéridon side table that embodies modern elegance. This exquisite piece features a solid brass structure complemented by an intricate black mosaic tile tabletop, showcasing a captivating modern graphic zellige design. It is a remarkable creation from the Flow collection, a testament to the art of movement meticulously crafted by Jonathan Amar in his studios situated in Paris and Rabat. The Flow collection comprises artisanal articulating lamps and side tables, the result of three years of dedicated research and development.
Craftsmanship:
Crafted with utmost care and attention to detail, this side table is a testament to the craftsmanship of artisans in France and Morocco. The combination of French and Italian materials exemplifies the commitment to quality. Each creation in the Flow collection showcases meticulous workmanship, evident in the thickness, finishes, and fixtures. As a result of the handmade nature, every piece is unique and may exhibit slight variations in its finish.
Materials:
Brass serves as the central element in each creation, offering a variety of finishes such as nickel-plated, polished, or aged. The chosen finish, along with proper care over time, contributes to the development of one-of-a-kind pieces. Jonathan Amar pairs brass with a distinctive selection of colors and textures, incorporating fabric and wicker for lampshades, Zellige and marbles for table tops and bases, and hand-pleated leather by skilled saddlers to sheathe lamp stems. Select models also feature hand-engravings, showcasing the iconic craftsmanship of the atelier.
About Jonathan Amar:
Born in Rabat in 1955 and raised in France, Jonathan Amar stands as a pioneer in exporting Moroccan artisanal know-how abroad. His upbringing, shaped by both shores of the Mediterranean, coupled with his extensive travels, positions him as an exceptional designer and creator. Recognized for his New Age and Ethno-Chic Baroque movements, he skillfully blends cultures to create spaces where exceptional decoration plays a vital role. Amar's ability to merge diverse elements into a new aesthetic set has inspired numerous artists and decorators. Lighting arrangements are his forte, infusing each project with a distinctive identity. In 1985, he took on the artistic direction of "Les Bains Douches," an iconic Parisian institution renowned for its international society, art, and celebrity clientele. Amar's studio has successfully completed over 180 projects in both private and public domains.

- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
