Rare Broyhill Premier Emphasis walnut pedestal type dining set including 2 apron leaves and 6 chairs! Broyhill didn't just make … more Rare Broyhill Premier Emphasis walnut pedestal type dining set including 2 apron leaves and 6 chairs! Broyhill didn't just make Brasilia. The Emphasis line was also one of their finest lines and very similar in design to the Brasilia. As a round, this beautiful table has a 44" diameter, and if you add the two 18" leaves you will have a full sized 80" dining table. The table is stamped #6210-45 with the Broyhill Emphasis catalog number, as are the leaves #6210-35 . The chairs are the iconic Broyhill T or Y back design also seen in the Brasilia and Sculptra series. Two are arm chairs and four are side chairs. The upholstery is a lovely green, blue, and gold striped pattern that is original as far as we know and is quite soft to the touch, similar to chenille. The chairs are not stamped but we believe they are #6210-82 (arm chairs) and #6210-83 (side chairs) from the Broyhill Emphasis catalog. (Rug not included.)

Item Condition:
Very good vintage condition. There are dings and scratches consistent with age and use. One dining chair had a repair at some point in its past but is solid (pictured). The crack in the side support of that chair measures 9" and is a split through the grain. There are a couple chips in the veneer on the leaves (pictured) with one being about 1/4 inch. There is a crack and raised area in the veneer on one of the leaves. Small raised area on each end of the table as well. We have more pictures and we encourage interested parties to request them. less
