The Ram's animal bases made of plaster with a distressed finish have an archaeological look evoking the feeling of having historic relic artifacts resting under the glass coffee table.
The twin Rams sculpture bases have an amazing patina that is a combination of a distressed finish and age. The plaster double ram heads coffee table is a rare and one-of-a-kind piece originally purchased from Gumps in the antique department in San Francisco circa1980. I believe this coffee table was an old piece at the time of purchase in 1980.
The coffee table with the bases of resting rams under the pencil edge glass top works well in a study, library, or living room, making a real statement piece for any room.

Measurements:
The two twin rams seated under glass top coffee Table measure 16 1/2 in Height. The Base measures 8 in depth x 43 in length per piece.
Glass Top size: 30 in Depth x 60 in length, thickness: 3/4 inch.

The rectangular glass table top has some traces of wear / minor scratches. and cloudy glass surface in a few areas, however, this doesn't distract from the coffee table's beauty

The coffee table is in overall Good condition.
Glass and plaster have distressed elements.
There are many cracks in the plaster as shown in the pictures.
This item is vintage and does show signs of age and wear. We do our best to show any wear/age in pictures and the description.
The bases have a substantial paint loss distressed finish with tiny bits missing but this makes them look nice and old and really adds a touch of charm.
These heavy ram head bases in plaster have their original patina with an original distressed finish, are accented with beautiful cracking detailing does have a few broken-off pieces around the sides from age and distressing the plaster.

The ram has a long-held symbol of determination, action, initiative, and leadership and in religion is a sign of protection. See less
