Very rare table lamp Mod. 'Pileino' designed by Gae Aulenti for Artemide in the 1970s in Italy. Adjustable aluminium shade in the shape of a helmet and rotating round white plastic base. Gae Aulenti was an Italian interior designer, architect and architectural theorist. She became internationally famous for the design of several famous museums in Paris and Barcelona. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
