The room in the foreground shows a fireside scene, a comfortable pair of leather chairs a stringed instrument casually laid on one by a classic gueridon table adorned with a vase of flowers. The background shows an easel , possibly the artist own work and light coming through a curtained window. A lovely interesting painting. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker.
