Leo Olavi Laukkanen (October 11, 1913 - November 1, 1978) was a Finnish sculptor. He is best known for his abstract miniature sculptures, mainly in granite.

Laukkanen studied at the Central School of Art and Design from 1931 to 1933. Although the best-known part of his work consists of abstract sculptures, he also produced figurative stone and bronze sculptures, including female figures, at the beginning and end of his career. In 1980, a major commemorative exhibition of his work, which he bequeathed to the Finnish Artists' Association, was held at the Helsinki Art Hall.

Laukkanen was assistant to sculptor Wäinö Aaltonen from 1948 to 1956.
