The pitcher is hallmarked by an … Read more Late 19th century cut glass and sterling silver tableware / barware serving claret jug. The pitcher is hallmarked by an unknown maker, but clearly originated from Italy since it's 800 and dates to approximately the late 19th century and done in the period Edwardian style. The top, neck and handle are done in sterling silver and the body of the jug is done with a diamond cut / faceted glass. The claret jug is marked on the inside of the lid by the handle.
