Intense physical gestures were used to throw paint for two hours. A red monochrome colour palette and medium sized brushes were used.
This is part of the artist’s ongoing self reflection practice, where he would paint for a few hours intuitively, and allow his current mood, along with his perception of the day/moment to flow through himself. A mixture of acrylic and house paint was thrown until he was satisfied.
