Traditional 19th century Yixing Zisha clay teapot for your consideration!
Handmade from clay only found in a specific region in China is the driving force behind both the rising popularity in these works of art AND the reason they are somewhat rare.
Impressed six character Chinese reign marks to bottom of pot and inside lid.
The inclusions seen in the photos are both normal and expected from firing the types of clay used to make these amazing teapots.
Small repair done to handle in two places, please see the last photo for close up. Unnoticeable unless you’re looking for it- price is DEFINITELY reflective of this.
Dimensions are: 7 x 5 x 3.5
