Authentic Japanese painting depicting a beautiful women in a traditional kimono. Ink on silk set in a wood and metal frame bearing a gallery sticker on the verso (Betty Ginsburg Gallery, New York). The frame appears to date to the 1980's. The age of the unsigned painting can only be estimated. We are assuming middle third of the 20th century. The frame is 33" x 43 x 1.25". Non-reflective glass.

Very good vintage condition with vibrant colors. The are scuffs and blemishes to the frame as would be expected with age. There is a photograph of a blemish either to the gray area or the back of the glass. See less
