It features three rectangular tiers with mirrored centers that adjoin to rectangular side supports that split into compass style tapered feet- all in solid bronze. The compass legs, evident in a lot of iconic French Mid Century design (a la Prouve) lends this piece a classic sensibility while the austere silhouette and modernist materials give it resonances of the avant garde. With its monochromatic palate, clean modernist lines, and superlative construction, this piece is as versatile as it is aesthetically compelling.
