This is an original acrylic on board landscape painting by British artist David Leverett ( b.1938 d.2020).
His works are often a statement about nature and he was a master at capturing the continual motion of the elements. All of his works are made from recorded and remembered places.
His works are vibrant with color and emotion, combining earthly beauty with an energetic and spirited aesthetic.
This piece is in great vintage condition with one very small (1 millimeter around) whitish pink paint mark in the upper right quadrant of the painting. Not sure if it's a chip or purposeful.
It measures 35" x 28" including the frame.
