The striking design is marked by the slightly curved backrest and and carved, rounded seat. The triangular backside of the chairs is a nod to the architectural roots of Brutalism and gives the chairs a visually attractive appearance from all angles. This particular brutalist style is characterful and sturdy, with the light oak wood adding to a more organic, unadorned feeling. The set is very well constructed with beautiful visible joint details.

The set is in very good original condition, with a beautiful natural patina on the oak wood. See less
