While the general “bones” of this studio house were good, London-based interior designer Michael Reeves rearranged the home to allow for a larger kitchen and bathrooms, more hidden storage and better flow between spaces. With the addition of folding glass doors to the terrace, artwork and a tonal grey and taupe color palette, Reeves created a tranquil home tucked away in a garden oasis, just a stones throw away from the vibrant Portobello Road and the bustle of London’s Notting Hill.
In this hallway, the eel skin wall covering from Elitis at Abbott and Boyd is complemented by a Pietra Grigio marble slab floor.
