Chairish has over 500,000 product listings, with 2,000 new arrivals daily. Our merchandisers select and curate only the best pieces to include, and you can find antiques, vintage pieces, and newly made items. From hot trends to seasonal curations and annual sales, our assortment showcases a wide variety of categories and styles for interior designers to shop. Chairish does not hold inventory, and everything is shipped directly from the seller.

To make shopping easier, our search options are fast and in-depth, so you can get right to what you are looking for quickly. You can choose from a variety of filters and select by price, location, dimensions, style, color, and more. If you’d like to get a shipping estimate, enter in the zip code for a real-time estimate. You can also utilize the “shop local” function and search by zip code to source in your area. Once the sale is made, you arrange to pick up the piece.

Folders are a useful tool to organize your favorite pieces for projects. You can favorite an item by clicking the heart icon, and organize it into a folder. To see all of your folders in one place, click My Favorites from the dropdown menu on the upper right by your name. From here, you can see individual folders and what is in them at a glance, and drag and drop images to rearrange them. This is also where you can also access the saved shops you follow and saved searches. The Saved Search function alerts you to new listings and allows you to see if there are additions to styles or periods you are on the lookout for. You will also get an email providing a roundup of the new listings you’re seeking.

Next, we will explore the details of a product listing. This is where you purchase an  item.  The net price, if there is one for that item, will be shown, and indicated with NET by the item’s price. Most (but not all) items have net pricing, as this is determined by the seller. If you do not see a net price, there is not a net price available. All of the key product information about the item appears below it, and you can see details on dimensions, description, style information, condition, and more. If you have a question about the item, you can ask the seller in a public Q & A format.

Additional designer-friendly options include the “Make an Offer” function (if the item has a net price listed that is the lowest available price). “Make an Offer” is a great way to get a lower price on an item that does not have net pricing. The minimum offer must be at least 50% of the listing price. When you make an offer, this indicates that you want to buy the piece outright. The seller has 72 hours to accept the offer or not. If your offer is accepted, the sale goes through, your credit card is charged, and you get an email notification confirming the sale.

Holds are available to the trade and last 48 hours. To place a hold, hit the hold button and you will get an email if your hold is accepted. If there is more than one offer on an item, the seller can select who gets the hold.

Chairish is excited to debut Extended Returns. By paying an additional extended return fee when purchasing an item, trade members receive 14 days to return the item “no questions asked” to Chairish with no restocking or return shipping fees. This new extended return window allows for peace of mind, and is applicable when you see the extended returns logo on items.
