We’re back with a new guest tastemaker for some quick-fire questions and a mini-curation of some fab Chairish finds!
This week we are joined by Man Repeller’s Fashion Director and Brand Strategist, Harling Ross. From her roving reporter Fashion Week coverage, crowdsourced curl care and attagirl footwear, Harling is the sartorial influencer the style set so desperately needs. Beyond her MR bylines, Harling’s social presence has become a booming brand of its own. Followers have a direct line to her ultra-styled NYC world and trademark personal snaps. She’s even sparked a fashion hashtag of her own: #stickofbutter (we urge you to check out this *spreading* phenomenon).
We asked Harling, a fellow vintage lover, a few of our burning questions, including of course what she’s been eyeing on Chairish. Read on to meet this dazzling guest!
Last show you binge watched?
Euphoria. I was late to the game (I watched it months after everyone else), which was unfortunate because I didn’t have anyone to freak out about it with. The general public–a.k.a. Twitter–had moved on.
Coolest vintage piece in your house?
My headboard, which I actually got on Chairish! It’s an antique room divider laid flat and mounted to the wall behind my bed.
Most memorable career moment you’ve had so far?
Attending a Gucci Cruise show in France. The whole runway was encircled in flames and Elton John sang at the after party!!! Surreal in every sense of the word.
One talent you wish you had?
Falling asleep. Seriously, I’m so bad at it. I love being awake.
