Myron Greene Born Southampton NY, 1967
Growing up in the 1970s and 80s Myron was inspired by the artwork he would see in the prominent nightclubs of the Hamptons and New York City. Myron's paintings are meant to invigorate the spaces in which they are placed and imbue them with a sunny, unique and fun energy. He cites the work of artist Keith Haring and Henri Matisse as driving influences in his own work. Myron's most recent exhibition "Out of the Blue to You: Resurgence of the Latchkey Generation" was held at The Academy in Remsenberg Long Island in October 2017.
