Suddenly Seen, LLC : Southwestern Treasures
My mother and her best friend raised in the desert of Phoenix, Arizona taught me about the value of the balance of elegance and casual beauty.
I collect Taxco Mexican sterling silver design treasures. I particularly appreciate the designs of the designer William Spratling. He began designing works in silver based primarily on pre-Columbian and traditional motifs, and hired local goldsmiths to produce those designs in Taxco. Spratling was the primary designer for his workshop, Taller de las Delicias, and was insistent on the high quality of the materials and techniques used in production.
My shop is about all the treasures found here in the dusty, dry, sparse beauty of the Southwest.
