* MAKE AN OFFER: My Prices Listed are not "Set Prices"

* I respond to Offers between the hours of 7am-9pm, promptly. If sending an offer outside of those hours, I will respond the next morning, first thing
[ If my Shop is set to Vacation Mode, I may not respond as promptly, but I will still respond!]
* SHOP LISTINGS: My Listings are not added to the Site immediately; It can take between 3-5 business days for an Item of mine to go "Live". If I have not replied to your Comment or Offer yet, but you see new items have been added to my Shop in the meantime, please know I am not ignoring you. The items recently added would have been uploaded for approval several days prior
* PAYMENT PROCESS: Chairish releases your payment to the Seller 48 hours AFTER the item has been proven delivered to you. Whether it's a "Local Pickup", an "In Home Delivery", or a package sent through a Postal Service, the Seller does not receive their commission until 48 hours after the item has been proven Delivered and/or Picked Up
[ I mention this as an assurance to the Buyer ]
* USHIP DELIVERY: If you have purchased a piece of Furniture from my Shop that requires "In Home Delivery", please know that it can take anywhere from 2 Business Days after Purchase, up to 4 Weeks for the Shipper to Contact me with a Pickup Date and Time Frame. My schedule is very flexible, and I'm very accommodating, even with the occasional last minute phone call informing me the Driver will be in my area in 30 minutes, and that's the first I'm hearing about it. Ha!
* SHIPPING: Almost ALL of my Listings have Shipping Costs set by Chairish. I let Chairish handle the Shipping Costs, because it is part of the service they offer when they take their 22% Commission from every Sale, and I am unable to calculate shipping costs accurately, myself, without knowing ahead of time where my Buyer is located.
* COMBINED SHIPPING: Because Chairish sets the majority of my Shipping Costs, if you'd like to Purchase more than 1 item from my Shop, when Checking Out, the Shipping Cost will initially be the full amount shown. However, I will personally email Chairish Support and inform them I'd like to combine shipping, and they will refund the additional shipping costs back to you
* MEASUREMENTS: None of my items listed For Sale will be approved or go "Live", unless Measurements are Included in the Description. (Measurements can always be found under the "Details" tab.) Please make sure you view all Measurements before Purchasing, so you are not surprised when it arrives.
* PHOTOS: Chairish allots the Seller 12 Photos per Listing. If you'd like to see more detailed images, please message me on Instagram, and I'll be more than happy to assist. :)
