Skin + Bones Studio designs and crafts customized high-quality, ostrich-clad furniture. We work directly with African artisans who handcraft the carpentry and cladding. We assemble and finish the pieces at our studio in Toronto. Ostrich-clad furniture is rare and unique and provides a powerful statement of texture and luxury. And it's durable and scuff resistant which makes it perfect for home and office. Our colour pallet is vast from eye-popping brights to the nudest of neutrals. In keeping with the spirit of originality and creativity, we often repurpose bone bowls and artifacts to use as hardware for our pieces. Our bases can be fabricated in wood, acrylic and selected hand finished metals.
