Founded by USA based interior designer Rodman Primack, RP MILLER TEXTILES is now available through Chairish. The collection pays homage to Primack’s grandparents whose collection of 18th and 19th Century Japanese art and woodblock prints gathered on their extensive travels and displayed in their modernist beach house, is the inspiration for the designs. Although not literal historical reproductions, various themes and details have been abstracted to create new modern and graphic designs that evoke rather than replicate the designs. Hand printed in Los Angeles on Belgian linen, the carefully edited color palette includes muted shades of indigo, dark red, green and grey designed to work individually and in pairs.
