Studio Zimmermann is a full service boutique interior design firm specializing in ‘Modern Eclectic Flair’. Owner Sybille Zimmermann finds inspiration from her European roots and passion for travel, art, architecture, and fashion. Influenced by her grandfather, a master craftsman for the Swiss elite, and her uncle, a display and product designer, artist and passionate Bakelite collector, Zimmermann is surrounded by people with an eye for aesthetics. Prior Zimmermann’s move to Los Angeles in 1998, she studied Business Administration in her hometown Zurich and worked several years at UBS. Her background in business comes through in her highly professional demeanor, excellent customer service and her capability in projects being delivered on time and on budget. Zimmermann started her career at the prestigious firm Gensler Architects, where she worked with 500 Fortune clientele and later at Commune Design where she honed her skills on a variety of commercial projects working with clients like the Ace Hotel, Juicy Couture, and world famous Hotel Chateau Marmont. In 2009, she started Studio Zimmermann needing to bring her inspiration and passion for design to life. Zimmermann expanded to the private sector bringing her lush sensibilities for clientele wanting to create a home or space ideal for the way they work, live, and play.
