We have been serving chicagoans since 1976 and have one of the largest authentic handmade Turkish (Anatolian) rug and kilim collection in Chicago. Our Lakeview store has thousands of one-of-a-kind and rare artistic creations. Our collection of turkish killims is one of the oldest and the largest that you can find in Chicago. A majority of kilims in our collection are very rare to find even in Turkey. All the rugs that we sell are hand knotted and each rug has its own character and a story behind it. These rugs are not the regular rugs that are made in workshops in Turkey. These rugs were bought in the 70's from rug making families in Turkey. The designs and patterns in these rugs are the creation of Individual weavers and a testament to the rich culture and creativity of the Turkish people.
