Using abstraction and minimal mark-making, I aim to capture the psychological weight weather carries whilst utilizing the inherent properties of the materials I use: the paper soaks, warps and stretches under the strain of water and dye; stained as a trace to these events. My process is often intuitive and organic, riddled with happy accidents that make the Forecast Series truly one-of-a-kind.
