A top selling artist on Chairish, Anne lives in a coastal New England town with her husband, Stephen Remick, who is also an artist on Chairish. She graduated from Swain School of Design, a small art school in Massachusetts with a notable faculty, which produced a group of graduates who can directly trace their lineage back to Hans Hofmann, the famous abstract expressionist. Anne also received the Yale University Ellen Battell Stoeckel Fellowship. Anne's paintings are collected throughout the United States and internationally. Anne has sold over 256 paintings on Chairish!

Art connects us to each other.
There is an understated beauty that belongs to the solitude of simple objects. I see flowers as celebrations of life through shape and color, and I find optimism in my breakfast table. In my still life paintings, the objects become personified through vibrant color. Over the years, I have painted my life - my family and strangers and the lovely places I have visited. My ultimate inspiration comes from time spent in nature, specifically my garden. Painting flowers from my own garden plays an important part in my creative process. It's inspiring to watch them grow.
