    We sell various showroom pieces and overstock (new in box) from our local domestic warehouses in the United States. We cover various different manufacturers with a wide range of products from case-goods, upholstery, mirrors, art, lighting, and more.

    Nearly all of our showroom samples or overstocks have more than one available for purchase in-stock. You are welcome to comment on each item to inquire about stock availability (if not already posted in the description of the item, and request a custom order can be sent to support@chairish.com to start the process of ordering multiple items.

    On collection orders (sofa+chair, Sofa+Chair, etc.) special consideration and discounts can be discussed as well. Open to offers, as always!

    All frames have LIFETIME warranty. All FABRICS/LEATHERS have a 1 Year Limited Liability warranty. 5 Years on swivel and recliner mechanisms.

    Any concealed damage (no visible damage on packaging, will be replaced at no cost. A refund and re-order may be worked out with support@chairish.com.

    Freight damage claims will need to be directed to support@chairish.com for review and approval for return and replacement.

    Other returns will be addressed on a case by case basis. All claims will be considered fairly; buyer's remorse is not a valid return justification. So please read details and view the photography available before ordering.

    All claims must be submitting within 48 hours of receiving the goods per Chairish return policy.
