This piece has been professionally refinished and is in excellent condition. Note the dovetailed drawer construction. Opening the center portion (see picture #8) reveals an area with six spool holders, 4 hooks, and a 5.5" by 6" compartmentalized box that slides front to back within the center; the box also has dovetailed corners. There is an area on the back of the center top/lid portion that likely originally held a pin cushion (see pictures 2, 3). less
