  • "Laura S.: So I contacted Chairish and they told me ok to ship all the items in one box, my guess is they will refund the difference to you if there is one - because it goes by weight there may be no difference in the cost of shipping one or three boxes. I'll be sending these out today - Kind Regards, Jon"

  • "Laura S.: Yes you are right Laura, I will contact Chairish to sort that out. They can send me a single box label for all 3 -"

  • "PIVOT PROJECT: Bought them! One thing - it charged me shipping each time but if it's more cost efficient to put into one box and credit me the difference, that works. The sax and violin look absolutely beautiful. These make me so happy. Thank you!"

  • "Laura S.: Hi Laura, so I posted an email request to the customer service desk at Chairish to re-list those items and it should be taken care of today. I asked them to resist them with the 10% reduction too - thanks so much for your business and I am happy you love these!!! Jon"

    May 16, 2016, 10:29 a.m.

  • "PIVOT PROJECT: That's wonderful! We love the idea of the sax without the keys - we agree it makes it that much more unique. Thank you for the price reduction - let me know when they are ready and I'll pop on and buy them. Thanks so much!"

    May 16, 2016, 10:10 a.m.

  • "PIVOT PROJECT: Sounds Good Jon, happy to do it through Chairish! Keep me posted."

    May 16, 2016, 8:18 a.m.

  • "Laura S.: Hi, so I checked and we have all the items you requested. The one thing is that the mounted sax phone is missing 2 large keys on the bell. It is very visible. These instruments are all recycled non playable and many are in varying stages of disrepair, we think it adds to the character. If you don't mind that than we can sell all three to you. Just let me know. I will offer you a 10% discount on the total sale because you purchased 4 items. Let me know and I will edit the price - Kind Regards, Jon"
