This three part desk is very impressive, superb quality first half of 20th century made in style of 19th C English examples. Top is covered with an original light brown leather, gold tooled around the edges. Front of the desk has one drawer in the middle over the knee hole, and four more smaller drawers on ends (center + eight), making it a 9 drawer total. Center drawer has a pair of original bronze / brass pull handles flanking a key hole, while the eight side drawers have one handle each in the center. Center drawer over the knee hole has it's own functioning antique style bronze / brass lock and a key. All drawers are beautifully, secondary wood is also high quality. Spectacular appearance, as the photos will attest. It is in good sturdy condition, showing light age / use wear (please see photos). Size is large and impressive 59.5" wide, 35.5" deep, and 30" in height, with knee hole 23" in height.
