subject and style: classic ship's bell design. The front is embossed with "ms bremen 1911." the back is embellished with a raised seal depicting the bremen rooster (the city's symbol), surrounded by a frieze.

material and finish: crafted from solid, very heavy cast bronze. It features a beautiful, authentic dark patina from its age and has not been polished. It comes complete with its original bronze clapper.

mounting: the top features a solid square ring (attachment) for hanging, cast as a single piece with the bell.

ideal for collectors of naval memorabilia, for a nautical-themed bar or tavern, or as a striking, well-sounding entrance bell.
