"Cortina" sideboard by Nils Jonsson for Troeds in rosewood with sliding doors and central drawers, Swedish production from the 1960s, with original hallmark.
The "Cortina" sideboard designed by Nils Jonsson for Troeds, Swedish production from the 1960s. Crafted from rosewood, it stands out for its intense brown grain and quality workmanship. Two large side compartments with sliding doors frame a column of central drawers with recessed handles and a cantilevered detail. The turned legs and lower support structure lend solidity and visual harmony. A refined example of Jonsson's formal language, where proportions and details blend in a balance of sobriety and warmth. Original Troeds hallmark present.
