Circa 1870s French faience scalloped edge plate. Charmingly decorated with a bird on a branch watching a butterfly, in a diapered 18th century style form & border. Classic French faience blue & yellow colors with rust, green & purple accents. Back rim with hanging wire holes. Blue P & 1707 on back. Minor edge rubbing & a few typical glaze misses on the back.
