Great condition, considering not framed and "stuffed away" for MANY years.
I love this piece because it is early history for me, growing up in the Bay Area. It reflects a neighborhood of dwellings forefronting trees and a hill with vegetation.
This unframed piece emulates a fall scene with mutted browns, tans, blues and greens.
Sadly, it was given to me by a neighbor who reached an age where she needed to move in with her son, and not live alone. It was obtained by her and her husband at a "flea market" type event in Sausalito, in the 1960s-1970s! See less
