Exceptionally large, heavy, and substantial, this early 20th-century tray was crafted in Sheffield, England, and bears the crown and hallmark-style stamp “S G E P,” identifying it as Sheffield electroplate.

The tray is richly decorated with hand-engraved scrolling florals, foliate motifs, and a central cartouche. Its bold gadrooned border, shell and scroll corners, and substantial cast handles and decorative feet balance elegance with function, making it ideal for both display and entertaining.

Perfectly scaled to hold a full tea or coffee service, multiple decanters, a dramatic bar arrangement or even a leveled up charcuterie presentation, this tray is also striking on a sideboard, console table or even on hhe wall.
