  • "Thank you with that information. I am so relieved! When do you think it will be arriving in Atlanta and will they call me first so I can prepare the room? Candace Ford"

    Sept. 27, 2016, 2:13 p.m.

  • "Candace croft F.: The bed was just picked up and is on it's way to Atlanta. The mover told me that with White Glove delivery, they will set the bed up for you. We were a bit sad to see it go but hope you enjoy it."

    Sept. 27, 2016, 12:16 p.m.

  • "Candace croft F.: I'm sorry but I don't have any information about the bed's weight, but it is manageable with 2 people. The bed disassembles so is not difficult to move but, due to the height of the headboard, you'll need a extra person to stabilize it. The clearance beneath the siderails is 5 inches. Hope that helps."

    Sept. 24, 2016, 8:42 a.m.

  • "Hi there! What is the weight of the item? I just bought this and will need some information for the people who will help me assemble the item. What is the distance from the floor to the bottom of the sideboard? Does this allow room for storage?"

    Sept. 22, 2016, 4:31 p.m.

  • "Wendy S.: Ok, sounds good! I would still like to proceed with my offer!"

    Sept. 21, 2016, 4:23 p.m.

  • "Candace croft F.: Hi Candace- the interior space measures 62" x 82". A queen size mattress is 60"x 80". As you can see from the photos, this is not a slated bed, rather a metal bed frame is needed as the foundation for the boxspring and mattress . Hope that helps."

    Sept. 21, 2016, 8:26 a.m.

  • "Hi there, I just made an offer on the item. Before you accept, can you confirm the dimensions for me? I'm not sure my mattress will fit based on the ones provided."

    Sept. 20, 2016, 4:30 p.m.

  • "Sherry: I don't know the collection. We purchased the bed through an interior designer we were using at the time and did not buy any other pieces from a collection. I've tried to research it on the internet but came up with nothing. It's really a beautiful and well built bed. We'd keep it except for wanting to move up to a king size."

    July 15, 2016, 8:24 p.m.

  • "Do you know which henredon collection is this bed from?"

    July 15, 2016, 9:06 a.m.

  • "Regina S.: Hi Regina- The headboard is solid wood (walnut) so the back is stained but unfinished. Across the back are 3 horizontal support pieces of wood. The headboard can be disassembled by removing the partial canopy and folding the headboard in half vertically. That's why the supports are in place. This bed is meant to be against a wall. There is also an electrical box that houses the mechanism for the dimmer that operates the canister lights in the canopy. Hope that answers your question."

    July 8, 2016, 3:27 p.m.

  • "Hi there, What does the back of the headboard look like?"

    July 8, 2016, 1:43 p.m.

  • "Gloria: Hi Gloria- I can't tell from your comment if you have a question about the Henredon bed. Please let me know if there's some information you need."

    July 7, 2016, 8:33 a.m.

  • "A friend just gave us her parents queen adjustable frame base & now I realize we need a bed like this to just sit inside of it - We already have it set up with my mattress which happen to work on it. It was used w/a regular queen headboard & footboard. So the way I understand it is, the adjustable frame base takes the place of 2 things - the metal frame, & the box springs, & a bed like this could be placed on top & slid down to the floor around it, or of course put together around it."

  • "Gloria: Chairish has estimated the shipping cost to $294."

    May 4, 2016, 8:39 p.m.

  • "Please estimate how much to ship to Georgia. Thank you."

    May 4, 2016, 6:40 p.m.

  • "Gloria: The interior dimensions of the bed are 62" x 82". As long as your adjustable bed frame does not exceed those dimensions, you should be fine. A standard queen size box spring is 60" x 80"."

    April 24, 2016, 11:36 a.m.

  • "Thank you for all the information help about the bed. So, a regular queen size metal frame will sit inside this bed frame with no problem ? If a regular queen metal frame will - then maybe a adjustable queen frame will ? Thank you again."

    April 22, 2016, 8:24 p.m.

  • "Gloria: This bed does not use slats. It was designed to sit around a mattress frame. The advantage of this design is that one is able to use a bed skirt that will fall behind the side rails and provide a nice accent to the wood without hiding it. If you are interested, I would include the metal frame with the bed."

    April 22, 2016, 2:21 p.m.

  • "Thank you. What about the slats and other pieces to put the box springs and mattress on the bed ?"

    April 22, 2016, 12:32 p.m.

  • "Gloria: Both canister lights are in perfect working condition. There is an electrical cord that runs from the top of the headboard to a box on the back of the headboard that controls the dimmer switch. It connects to a 6 ft. electrical cord for a wall outlet. Nothing on this bed needs repairs. Hope that answers your questions."

    April 22, 2016, 8:26 a.m.

  • "Does the lights work and connected to plug in electric outlet in the back ? The place where the lights are on the bed - are they in tack and do not need any repairs ? Thank you."
