  • "Hi, Is it possible for us to pick up these chairs tomorrow, August 1st? Please send your address! Thanks. Best, Julie (Greg McClatchy will be picking these up with a pick-up truck)"

  • "Bonnie S.: Sorry, I asked support@chairish.com to email you the pictures the same day I responded to you. I will reach out to them tomorrow to ask they send them. Thank you."

  • "HELLO, CHARISH NEVER SENT A CLOSE UP OF CHAIR..."

    June 29, 2016, 5:24 p.m.

  • "OK THANKS"

    June 24, 2016, 9:11 a.m.

  • "Bonnie S.: There is no damage to the chair. What you are seeing is part of the craftsman applied staining and distress marks which were produced to achieve a vintage look. I have taken 3 more up-close pictures of the chair, and will ask Chairish customer support to forward them to you."

  • "Hello, in the second to last picture, the chair in the middle of the 2 arm chairs looks like there is a damage on the second row of back. can you send me a close up please? THANKS..LOVE THESE CHAIRS .. I HAVE TO SEE HOW SCRATCHED..THANKS"

    June 17, 2016, 5:19 p.m.

  • "Bonnie S.: The width is 24" from outside arm to outside arm. The height of the ladder back is almost 40" and the widest part of the back is 20.5". Thank you for your interest."

  • "Bonnie S.: The chair leg wasn't chewed by a dog (I don't own one); it was in a position where it knocked against a table leg. As far as the color of the wood - it is all the same. In all but the last photo, the sun enters the room from the right side of the frame, so if a chair is angled towards the light (3rd from last picture) it appears a bit lighter, or away (2nd to last pic) it looks darker. You can see in the last picture (rear view) all the wood appears the same color. The seat width is 21.5 W x 19 D"

  • "if possible, can you send measurements of the chair width and height ? THANKS..ALSO, THE WIDTH OF THE BACKS OF CHAIR"

    May 17, 2016, 8:41 p.m.

  • "Thanks for your response..I do see the damage . The leg looks like a dog chewed it.. beautiful set, but some of the leg looks lighter as well. I would come in at a lower offer . thankyou"

  • "Chairish: Hi! I'm very sorry for the delayed response, but I was away. The 3 pictures of the rush seating and the 1 of the one leg bottom really show what the damage is (some unraveling of the rush and the "dings" to the bottom of the chair leg). If you hover over those pictures with your cursor, a magnifying glass will appear, and you can see the damage up close! I did base the price on the set with just this bit of damage. I'd accept no less than $600"
