A very unique and well made piece, there are lots of campaign drawers listed for sale but very few in … Read more A very unique and well made piece, there are lots of campaign drawers listed for sale but very few in Satinwood and none with this level of high end repairs from Campaign use, as you can see in various places to the top and sides, there has been new timber spliced in, this is due to damage that occurred during a Campaign, be it stacking and transport issues or even, as I have seen in the past, damage from gun fire and shrapnel, most collectors love this kind of patina as it really shows the authenticity of the piece and its life's travels In terms of the condition, we have cleaned waxed and polished it from top to bottom.
