This lovely Gustavian style pine chest of drawers has the simple yet elegant lines that reveal its Swedish country style. This hard to find size is large at 4' wide.
The carved Greek key motif along top, canted fluted side details and gently tapered fluted feet were traditional style elements of the era.
Restored, later professionally applied painted finish in layered white tones. It has been gently distressed to fit the age and grace of this attractive dresser.
Three long drawers function with two brass pulls on each drawer.
All scratches, cracks, dings, and age related separation are reflective of age and do not detract from the beauty nor function of this chest of drawers.
