  • "Camille S.: Hi Camille, They finally posted the block art for you to check out. If you have any questions, please let me know. Hopefully it will work with the Waikiki painting. Kris"

    March 31, 2016, 11:02 a.m.

  • "Kris Gould: Great, doing it now. THANK YOU!"

    March 19, 2016, 11:29 a.m.

  • "Camille S.: Hi Camille, Sure, we can do 135 and free shipping for both. So, purchase it as soon as you can, and I will package and ship it out today. I will let you know when the other painting is finished. Kris"

    March 19, 2016, 11:26 a.m.

  • "Kris Gould: Hi, Kris - would love if you shipped today and I can purchase at the $135 price right now. Please confirm that is the correct way you want me to do it. For the waterfall painting, that's fine when you have time to start and will purchase at $135 as we agreed if I purchased two of the same size. Will you still do free shipping for both? THANKS!"

    March 19, 2016, 11:24 a.m.

  • "Camille S.: Hi Camille, Sure. I will paint another waterfall painting for you; however, I will not be able to start painting until after this weekend. As for the Waikiki painting, I am shipping another painting today around 1pm, and if you wanted to have me ship it today, then I would have to do it soon. Or you could wait until the other painting is done, and I will ship them together. Just let me know how you want to proceed. Kris"

    March 19, 2016, 10:41 a.m.

  • "Kris Gould: Hi, Kris - I would like to purchase the Waikiki painting for shipping now, but unfortunately, the wave is not speaking to me. I'm wondering if you have the waterfall that is more vibrant with greens that's pictured alongside this listing. If not, is it something you can do in the same size as Waikiki and I purchase both for $135 and ship it when it's ready? I'm sorry, but that's what has taken me so long - I was torn over the wave, but decided it's not for me. thanks. Camille"

    March 19, 2016, 9:41 a.m.

  • "Camille S.: Hi Camille, If you live in California, I am pretty sure it would get to you by Tuesday, if I ship it tomorrow. Otherwise, if you live outside of California, it would not get to your house by Tuesday. Kris"

    March 18, 2016, 1:29 p.m.

  • "Kris Gould: Hi, again, I love the Waikiki one, but torn on the second piece (wave) because now I'm thinking they look similar. Question, even if I bought two now, when would they arrive to me? I have a party on Tuesday night next week."

    March 18, 2016, 12:32 p.m.

  • "Camille S.: Hi Camille, I paint in acrylic paints. Kris"

    March 16, 2016, 5:47 p.m.

  • "Kris Gould: Hi, Kris - I just got back into the country today and can make a decision tomorrow. Question - what type of paint/technique are you using? Is it oil on canvas? Thanks! CS"

    March 16, 2016, 5:35 p.m.

  • "Camille S.: Hi Camille, Both paintings are now available for you to check out. Let me know if you have any questions. Kris"

    March 15, 2016, 11:11 a.m.

  • "Thank you, Kris. I will wait for your message and can't wait to see them.- Camille."

    March 13, 2016, 11:11 a.m.

  • "Camille S.: Hi Camille, So I finished the paintings, and I just submitted them to Chairish. It typically takes a few days for Chairsh to upload them to the site, and I will send you another message when they are listed and ready for you to look at. Kris"

    March 12, 2016, 4:44 p.m.

  • "Camille S.: Hi Camille, Sounds good. Let me get to work, and they should be competed before the 15th of March. Kris"

    Feb. 27, 2016, 11:02 p.m.

  • "Kris Gould: also, note that I will hang them together so if they can have complimentary colors that would be great."

    Feb. 27, 2016, 2:28 p.m.

  • "Kris Gould: Let's do 24" w & 18" tall. First-View of Diamond Head/Waikiki with palms/coconut trees and flowers. I like colors in 20x20, but want more of Waikiki/Diamond head resemblance. One fine-tune...make the reds/pinks resemble true colors of red and pink hibiscus and flowers of Hawaii. Love the blues and grays. For the second one, I like the big wave w/ view of the shore, maybe surfers. Or, waterfalls with vibrant colors matching the first one. Can this be completed by Mar15?"

    Feb. 27, 2016, 2:27 p.m.

  • "Camille S.: Hi Camille, So we could have the 18" be the height or width... it would be up to you. As far as subject, just let me know what scene you like, and I what colors you are drawn to, and I can create something. Kris"

    Feb. 27, 2016, 1:18 p.m.

  • "Kris Gould:OK, great. Question, for 18x24. Is 18 the width or height? I want to measure out and then can decide on size for two at $135 each. If you paint new ones, what do you think you would paint as far as subject?"

    Feb. 27, 2016, 1:13 p.m.

  • "Camille S.: Hi Camille, So, since I will ship the paintings together, I would charge 135 per painting if you choose to get 2, and 125 per painting if you decide to get 4. I will charge the same amount for the sizes. I hope that discount helps a little. Kris"

    Feb. 27, 2016, 10:32 a.m.

  • "Kris - before we move further and you start new paintings, can you tell me how much two 20x20's cost and how much two 18x24 would cost? Thank you!"

    Feb. 27, 2016, 9:54 a.m.

  • "OK, thank you. I will respond tomorrow with some thoughts when I have time to measure out. THANKS!"

    Feb. 25, 2016, 3:38 p.m.

  • "Camille S.: I also have a 24x30" canvas in my studio we could use. Just let me know what you are thinking. Kris"

    Feb. 25, 2016, 2:02 p.m.

  • "Camille S.: Hi Camille, I can do whatever size you are comfortable with. I tend to do the block art a bit smaller than my abstract paintings, mainly because they look good grouped together. I have two 18x24" canvases in my studio now, and I can try and paint a few new scenes., and then you can see what you think. The 20x20 is not to scale, so I always recommend people tape off the dimensions on their wall, in order to get a better understanding of which sizes work best within the space. Kris Kris"

    Feb. 25, 2016, 1:54 p.m.

  • "Another option is four (4) 20x20 or (4) 16x20. Not sure I could afford that though."

    Feb. 25, 2016, 1:47 p.m.

  • "Hi, Kris - the measurements are hard for me to answer. I have a big wall that spans 84" (with no furniture underneath) so I was thinking of one big piece and two smaller pieces. The 20x20 over the white couch in your photos - they look pretty big over that space - is it to scale? As for design - I am from Hawaii so like Diamond Head/Waikiki, waves, hula, surfers, possible rainbows, waterfalls. I don't want to have you recreate so if you have things already I can consider those. Thanks!"

    Feb. 25, 2016, 1:40 p.m.

  • "Camille S.: Hi Camille, I can make a few more of the color block art paintings. It may take me a couple of weeks. As for price, it depends on the size. I might be able to do a small discount. Let me know what sizes you are interested in, and I can see what I can come up with, Kris"

    Feb. 24, 2016, 11:15 p.m.

  • "Hi, Kris - I see that you have only three pieces of block art of Hawaiian landscapes. Do you have others, like the wave I see in one of the photos? Also, would you be willing to negotiate on price for purchasing two of them or purchasing three of them? Thank you!"
