Stunting finding - already very rare and hard to find.
Beautiful Scandinavian style pantry French box, made in Edwardian era of thin spruce bentwood strips around 1900s - originally contained the famous Medelaines de la Cloches D'or.
Old beauty is still with an original label Commercy, Fabrique de Madeleines.
Those boxes were principal containers used for pastry storage and transportation.
We suggest to gently place the lid only half an inch on the box, as there is no need to push it with force due to the condition of the wood.
Great tabletop storage display box for your tiny collectibles or other treasures. Photo props are not included in the price :)
