  • "Gloria N.: The back is not finished but it's thick birch like the rest -- not flimsy backing -- and so it could be finished pretty easily (a couple of seams and screw heads could be covered with a bit of wood filler and then the whole thing could be stained)."

    May 13, 2016, 6:08 p.m.

  • "Can you tell me what the back of the piece looks like? Is the wood finished? Thanks!"

    May 13, 2016, 5:34 p.m.

  • "I don't have a van and strapping this item to the top of my car would be labor and time-intensive. I could arrange for a man-with-a-van but I wouldn't be able to cover the cost. Easiest might be to slide it in the back of an oversized Uber which I could try doing with my husband for a curbside delivery on your end. Michelle M.:"

  • "Could you provide Local Delivery on this item? My zip code is ...10024"

    March 27, 2016, 4:04 p.m.

  • "Deborah F.: Hi there, we don't allow our customers to preview items in advance of a sale as most of our listings are located in the seller’s home or warehouse. You can always choose the free local pickup option at checkout. If the item does not match your expectations at pickup just let us know and we'll consider it a return and issue a refund immediately. If you like it, you're all set and can take it away. Feel free to email us at support@chairish.com with any questions!"

  • "Can you tell me if this item is available and if so, if it is possible to see it 'in person'?"

    March 22, 2016, 7:56 a.m.

  • "Stephanie P.:It looks like staff have put up some of the color-corrected photos, including the full-view, if you wanna take a look."

    Jan. 12, 2016, 9:10 a.m.

  • "Stephanie P.:Hi Stephanie -- I was out of town until now -- I can try to take a full-size photo later, but it could be hard since the item is in a narrow hallway with not a lot of natural light. What I can also do is ask Charish staff to post color-corrected versions of the images now online, which I can give them."

    Jan. 11, 2016, 7:47 a.m.

  • "thank you that is very helpful! sorry to be a pain, would you be able to take a picture of the full piece in natural light?"

    Jan. 6, 2016, 4:31 p.m.

  • "Stephanie P.:new pictures are now up. they are a touch on the dark side but give a truer sense of the wood color/tone."

    Jan. 6, 2016, 1:25 p.m.

  • "Hi again! We have added new photos to listing. Hope that helps!"

    Jan. 6, 2016, 1:19 p.m.

  • "Hi folks, we ask buyers and sellers to refrain from exchanging contact information over this public forum. If you would like to pass photos along to an interested shopper please email them to us here at support@chairish.com. Thanks!"

    Jan. 6, 2016, 11:15 a.m.

  • "Stephanie P.: You are right that the color is not exactly accurate in the photos, especially the photos that have an extra-yellowy tone. I will upload two more photos I took this morning in natural light."

    Jan. 6, 2016, 7:33 a.m.

  • "what color wood is this piece...any way you can take a picture in a natural light setting, to get a better idea of the true wood color?"

    Jan. 5, 2016, 4:16 p.m.

  • "Gail V.: bottom shelf interior height = just over 11 inches; top shelf = just over 10 inches. side shelf interior height = 12.5 inches top and bottom"

    Dec. 20, 2015, 4:17 p.m.

  • "What is the interior height of the shelves? "
