The painting is Chinese Export from the Mid 20th Century and was hand painted to represent Italian antiquity and the entire painting has an intentional crackling surface. It is hand painted on paper that has been glued to a Masonite style board. The back of the painting is made of printed paper (imitating beige floral fabric) glued to a Masonite style board. Black painted wood frame.

Two Chinese import stickers remain on the top corner. Mid 20th Century Chinese craftsmanship at its best! This item came directly out of a Naples, Florida estate with other Chinese antiques with these same style stickers.

VERY GOOD CONDITION. The painting has NO holes, NO tears and NO damage. The crackling (aging) effect is part of the original design throughout the entire surface. The new owner will be very happy about the vintage condition of this painting.
